We stayed in the seperate building, in a basic room with very small bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean and the water pipes next to the bed were quite noisy when other bathrooms were being used. The food was ok, personel were polite enough. It was a sufficiently comfortable stay but we expected a bit more for the price.

A clean hotel, near all amenities. Friendly personnel. Easy to park, good breakfast and evening meal. You SHOULD be issued with a Sauerland Card - WE WERE NOT. The room had all the usual stuff... BUT it was in annexe so if it is raining (or winter snowing) you will get wet going to the restaurant for food. NO UMBRELLAS provided.

Perfect location towards the city centre of Winterberg. We prefer to be close to the centre but far enough to avoid nightly noises from the street. Very good service. We had one of the larger double rooms, which was great because I love my space. Sweet little balcony. Would definitely come again when visiting.
